Delete directly in the app
- Open Habiture and go to Settings.
- Open Cloud Backup.
- Under Danger zone, select Delete account, review the notice, and confirm.
- You may be asked to sign in with Google again to confirm it is really you.
If you only want to remove stored backups but keep your account, choose Delete cloud backups instead.
Request deletion without the app
Email us from the Google account you used to sign in to Habiture. Use the subject "Habiture account deletion". We may ask you to verify account ownership before completing the request.
Request account deletionData that is deleted
- Your Habiture backup account and the Google sign-in identity linked to it
- Every cloud backup stored for the account, including habit names, logs, notes, moods, skip reasons, and hydration records
- Guided-system progress, momentum events, achievements, and app preferences contained in those backups
- The account record and storage-usage records held by our backup service
Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. Once a backup is deleted we cannot recover it for you.
Data that may be retained
Habits stored on your own device are not affected by account deletion, so you can keep using Habiture without an account. Device data is removed when you clear the app's data or uninstall the app.
Aggregate or de-identified statistics that no longer reasonably identify you may be retained, along with limited records where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or resolving a pending transaction.
See the Habiture Privacy Policy for more information about data handling.
