Terms of Service

Welcome to Utsav Express, a 3D delivery game set in Mumbai, developed and operated by Amalthea Labs LLP (“we”, “our” or “us”).

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Utsav Express Android game and related pages (the “Service”). By downloading, installing or playing, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.

Utsav Express is an entertainment game. You pick delivery orders, run or ride through Mumbai streets, choose routes, protect fragile items and deliver parcels before the festival clock runs out.

The game is fictional. Real Mumbai district names and recognisable architecture are used for atmosphere only. Shops, brands, people and events shown are fictional, and the game is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any real business, brand, organisation or person. Please never copy the on-screen behaviour on real roads: always follow real traffic rules.

To play Utsav Express, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play Utsav Express on your Android devices for personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and Google Play's terms.

You agree not to:

Tampering is reported as a diagnostic and may, in future versions, limit certain features. We may suspend or restrict access if misuse is detected.

Your profiles, progress, coins and settings are stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the game, clearing its storage, switching or resetting devices, or device failure may erase them. We cannot recover local data and do not guarantee permanent storage or backups. Android's own backup features may apply, and you are responsible for your backups where appropriate.

Profile names should not contain personal or sensitive information.

Coins: Coins are a virtual in-game currency used to buy upgrades, vehicles and other in-game items. Coins have no cash value, are not property, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred or traded.

Coin packs: We may offer optional coin packs as in-app purchases. Prices are shown in your local currency by Google Play before you buy. Purchases are processed by Google Play Billing; we do not receive your payment details. We use a purchase-management provider (RevenueCat) to validate purchases, deliver coins and restore interrupted purchases.

Fair monetisation: Coin packs give coins only. We do not sell random or chance-based items and the game has no loot boxes. Purchases are not required to finish the game.

Delivery: Purchased coins are added to the active profile on your device after Google Play confirms payment. If delivery fails or is interrupted, relaunch the game with internet access so the purchase can be restored, then contact us if the coins do not appear.

Refunds: Refunds are governed by Google Play's refund policy and applicable consumer law. We do not directly issue refunds unless required by law. Because coins are digital content delivered immediately, they may not be refundable once delivered, except as the law or Google Play provides.

Changes: We may change coin amounts, prices, packs, rewards, game balance and economy at any time, including to fix errors or keep the game fair. We are not liable for the loss of virtual items when permitted by law, for example after a ban for rule violations.

Utsav Express may offer optional rewarded ads from third-party ad networks (through Google AdMob). Watching an ad can give a reward such as coins, a clinic visit or doubled run results.

Ads are always your choice. Rewards are given after the ad is completed; closing early may mean no reward.

Rewards are subject to availability, network access, regional consent requirements, a daily limit per device and a cooldown.

Ads may be personalised or non-personalised depending on your settings, device configuration and regional law. We request teen-appropriate ad content.

Ads and advertisers are third parties. We are not responsible for their content or products. Please do not tap ads to test them; click fraud is prohibited.

The game can use Google Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics, with a Settings toggle (“Share anonymous usage data”), to improve stability and gameplay. Our Privacy Policy explains what data is collected, how it is used and shared, retention, your choices and your rights. By using the Service you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

The core game works offline. Rewarded ads, purchases, analytics, crash reporting and update checks need an internet connection. We are not responsible for interruptions caused by network outages, Google Play or other platform failures, device restrictions or third-party downtime.

We may release updates, which may be required to keep playing, and may use Google Play's update prompt. Updates may change or remove features. Older versions may stop working.

Playing games can cause eye strain, fatigue or, rarely, discomfort for people with photosensitivity. Take regular breaks, play in a safe place and never play while walking, cycling or driving. Please keep your device at a comfortable volume. The game includes flashing and fast-moving visuals.

All content in Utsav Express, including art, 3D models, characters, music, sound effects, text, user interface, code, data and branding, is owned by Amalthea Labs LLP or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works without written permission. Third-party SDKs and open-source components remain under their own licences.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amalthea Labs LLP is not liable for loss of local data, progress, coins or items; device failures or operating-system issues; third-party ads, advertisers or payment platforms; purchase disputes handled by Google Play; indirect, incidental or consequential damages; or loss of revenue or profits. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us through the game in the three months before the claim, or INR 1,000 if you paid nothing, to the extent the law allows.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under consumer protection law.

We may suspend or end access if these Terms are violated, fraud or abuse is detected, or there are security risks. You may stop at any time by uninstalling the game. Sections that by nature should survive (intellectual property, disclaimers, liability and governing law) survive termination.

We may update these Terms periodically. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Maharashtra, India have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim in your home courts or to rely on your local law, in which case those rights apply. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue informally.

You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Amalthea Labs LLP, not Google. Google Play's Terms of Service also apply to downloads and purchases. Google has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the game.

These Terms may also apply to other products by Amalthea Labs LLP unless separate terms are provided. App-specific conditions may apply where relevant.
