Delete your Kitchgrow account

Kitchgrow, formerly Reciplan, is developed by Amalthea Labs LLP. You can permanently delete your account and associated personal data in the app or request deletion without reinstalling it.

Delete directly in the app

  1. Open Kitchgrow and go to Settings.
  2. Open Account & Author Profile.
  3. Select Delete account, review the notice, and confirm.
  4. For a secured account, enter your current password.

Request deletion without the app

Email us from the address linked to your Kitchgrow account. Use the subject "Kitchgrow account deletion" and include your profile username, if you created one. We may ask you to verify account ownership before completing the request.

Data that is deleted

  • Your Kitchgrow sign-in account and email identity
  • Your public profile, username, bio, Kitchen Location, and profile photo
  • Unpublished recipe submissions and their uploaded images
  • Your recipe likes, cooks, and saves stored on our service
  • Your account-backed planner, shopping, pantry, Kitchen Passport, cookbook, and Kitchen Studio sync data

Data that may be retained

Recipes already published to the community catalog may be retained without your name, username, profile, or account identity. We may also retain limited records where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or resolving a pending transaction.
